Cartography Secures $67 Million Series B Financing to Advance Differentiated Oncology Pipeline of Antibody-Based Therapies into the Clinic

Cartography Biosciences は、Pfizer Ventures がリードする6,700万ドルのシリーズB資金調達をクローズした。資金は主力プログラム CBI-1214 の臨床入りと、ATLAS・SUMMIT プラットフォーム由来の他プログラムの拡充に充てられる。CBI-1214 は大腸がんを対象に LY6G6D を標的とするT細胞エンゲージャーで、2025年内の治験薬申請と2026年初頭の患者登録開始を見込む。新規投資家には LG Corp や Amgen Ventures などが名を連ね、Pfizer Ventures の Michael Baran 氏が取締役に就任する。
