創業の背景
Paragrafは英国ケンブリッジシャーのSomershamに本社を置く、グラフェン電子デバイスの企業である。同社サイトはケンブリッジ大学からのスピンオフ（2018年）と説明し、資金調達リリースでは2015年創業としている。共同創業者兼CEOはSimon Thomas博士である。グラフェンの特性を生かした電子デバイスを、標準的な半導体プロセスで量産することを掲げて事業を始めた。2023年には米国企業を買収し、現在は英国2拠点と米国サンディエゴの計3拠点を運営している。
