TippingPoint Biosciences, a spinout from Geeta Narlikar's chromatin biology lab at UCSF, targets disease-specific epigenetic protein interfaces rather than conventional catalytic sites. Its lead program is heading toward proof-of-concept studies in orthotopic DIPG models. The platform is intended to extend to other cancers, neurodegenerative disease and developmental disorders. Headquartered in San Francisco, California.
