Vaderis Therapeutics is a Basel-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted therapies for rare vascular diseases. Its lead asset engasertib (VAD044) is an investigational oral allosteric AKT inhibitor for hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, a genetic vascular disorder with no approved therapy. Alongside the financing the company started HEROIC, a global randomised double-blind Phase 3 study. Headquartered in Basel.
