Reed Semiconductor Prevails in PTAB Patent Invalidation Proceeding Against Monolithic Power Systems
Reed Semiconductor は、2026年1月22日、米国特許商標庁の特許審判部（PTAB）における手続 IPR2024-01158 で勝利したと発表した。PTAB は、Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. が保有する米国特許第9,041,377号 B2 の争われた請求項をすべて特許性なしと判断した。Reed は証拠の優越により立証責任を果たしたとされ、主張されていた請求項はもはや行使できなくなった。
