Adaptam Therapeutics develops first-in-class antibody-based cancer therapies aimed at the immunosuppressive myeloid tumour microenvironment. Its programmes target novel glyco-immune checkpoints selectively expressed on immunosuppressive myeloid cells such as tumour-associated macrophages. The pipeline comprises antibody-drug conjugates and bispecific antibodies. The company is a spin-off from CIC bioGUNE in Bilbao, based on research by Prof. Asis Palazon.
