概要

Chargepoly designs and operates high-power DC fast-charging infrastructure for electric truck and bus fleets. Its offer combines charging hardware, the in-house Lucie software that distributes available power across charge points, and operation of the installed base. The company runs several hundred fast-charging points in France, the United Kingdom and Canada and works with Renault Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Daimler Truck. Headquartered in Aix-en-Provence.

創業の背景

Chargepoly は2019年に Hadi Moussavi 氏が創業したフランスの充電インフラ企業である。ポリテクニーク出身で元 Air Liquide の幹部だった同氏が、電動モビリティの研究開発機関 Institut Vedecom と協業し、2件の特許を生み出したことが出発点となった。当初の充電ステーションが最も威力を発揮するのは電動バスやトラックのフリート充電だと気づき、中大型車向けの大容量充電に軸足を移した。2022年1月にはCES 2022の「Innovation Award」を受賞し、同年に最初の充電ステーションを市場投入している。2023年10月には1,500万ユーロのシリーズAを実施し、再生可能エネルギー企業 Voltalia と産業投資家 Fideve Groupe が参加した。本社はエクス・アン・プロヴァンスにある。
