Delvitech designs, manufactures and supplies 3D automated optical inspection (AOI) and solder paste inspection (SPI) machines for electronics manufacturing. Its proprietary multi-camera optical head is engineered in Switzerland and is paired with self-programming, web-based software that generates inspection programs automatically. The systems cover post-paste, pre-reflow and post-reflow phases for both SMT and THT production. Research, development, prototyping, production and assembly are all carried out in Switzerland, with academic partners IDSIA USI-SUPSI and SUPSI.
