概要
EvodiaBio uses a yeast-based precision fermentation platform, developed from research at the University of Copenhagen, to produce volatile aroma molecules such as hop-derived terpenes. Its first product, Yops, gives non-alcoholic and other beers hop aroma without hops and is distributed through partnerships with Symrise and Lallemand Brewing. The company operates its own production facility, laboratories and offices near Copenhagen and is extending the technology to other beverages and the wider aroma industry.
