iPremom's MaiRa platform analyses cell-free RNA signals in maternal blood to predict pregnancy complications from the first trimester, well before clinical symptoms appear. It targets preeclampsia detection at 9-14 weeks of gestation. The models were developed on over 26,000 samples linked to 10,000 pregnancies from the PREMOM clinical trial.
