LIOM is building a wrist-worn health wearable that continuously measures body chemistry without piercing the skin, beginning with glucose and extending to other biomarkers. The technology is based on a proprietary Raman spectroscopy platform combined with machine learning. In December 2025 the company reported miniaturising the platform to smartwatch size with more than 24 hours of battery life. LIOM is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and anticipates a product launch in 2028.
