概要

Trogenix develops precision genetic medicines for aggressive, treatment-resistant solid tumours using its Odysseus platform. The platform designs proprietary Synthetic Super Enhancers that are delivered to tumour cells with AAV vectors and control a cytotoxic prodrug-converting enzyme plus an immune-stimulating cytokine. Its lead programme addresses glioblastoma, with a follow-on programme in colorectal cancer liver metastases and pipeline work in liver and lung cancers. The company was spun out of the University of Edinburgh and incubated by 4BIO Capital.
