FYR Bio's EV-Omics platform uses proprietary SPARCs technology to enrich extracellular vesicles shed by diseased cells from a peripheral blood sample, then reads their protein and nucleic acid cargo. In reported work the assay distinguished adult malignant gliomas from healthy controls with 100 percent specificity and 89 percent sensitivity.
