概要
Polysense builds an inline quality-control and process-optimisation system for food manufacturers. Cameras on the conveyor belt turn visual variation in products such as potatoes, flatbreads and vegetables into objective quality data, and its Autocontrol module feeds that back to adjust peeling, cutting and sorting machinery in real time. The company, founded in 2022 in Ghent, also builds synthetic digital replicas of customer products to train models without months of manual data collection. Headquartered in Ghent.
