Standing Ovation raises $34.2 million to scale up its breakthrough technology for producing dairy proteins through precision fermentation
Standing Ovationは、BpifranceのEcotechnologies 2ファンドとCrédit Mutuel Innovationが主導するシリーズBで3,420万ドルを調達した。既存投資家に加え、Danone Venturesなどの新株主も参加した。資金は2026年からの北米でのカゼイン商業化に充てられ、2027年後半までに欧州・アジアへ拡大する計画である。同社の特許技術は乳業副産物をカゼインに転換し、動物由来カゼイン比で温室効果ガス排出を74%削減するとしている。
