概要
Typewriter Therapeutics is a gene-writing company built on Target-Primed Reverse Transcription using the R2 retrotransposon. Its two-part, all-RNA therapy delivers a payload mRNA encoding the R2 protein plus a second RNA carrying the therapeutic gene; inside the cell these assemble and insert the gene at a specific genomic site, after which the R2 machinery degrades.
